This is one of my own knives that my wife and I use quite often.  Originally made in 2012.

The blade is 1/16″ 440C and is sharpened on the standard cutting edge as well as on the square end.  It’s very good for produce prep work in the kitchen.  The only change from this photo is that I rounded the point on the end of the handle (in 2015) to soften the feel and the visual look of it.

After more than a decade of serious use, this blade looks and performs the same as the day it was first used.
