This blade is a flat grind profile from 3/32″ thick O1 Tool Steel flat stock.  Note that the carbon steel blade was starting to take on a patina after being used for a short time.

The handle is G10 with 5/16″ ss Corbys.  The handle is oval in profile and there are no contours.

This was purchased as a gift for Chef Stephen B. by his younger brother.  It got lost in New York City when his knife roll was misplaced and found by someone.  It was never returned.
