Blade Length: 1-1/2”

Blade Thickness: 1/8”

Grind: Flat, Unpolished.

Handle: Solid wood notched to receive the blade.  The blade is fixed with epoxy and two ¼” stainless Corby’s.

The handle was stained black and wiped to highlight the worm holes, then sealed with Polymerized Tung Oil.

This carving knife was not meant to be anything more than a functioning tool so no extra work went into making this a show piece.  The blade was cleaned up after heat treating just enough to sharpen it for use.  This knife was for Maggie.
